super clean and great amenities
friendly staff spacious pods secure area
the hostel was super nice and neat. all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. location is great. they give you hotel-grade towels, surprisingly spacious, and with individual curtains. i felt really safe walking around the area where the hostel is located.
the showers had blocked drains. there is no bench or anything to leave your clothes on, just a few hooks. the doors and lockers have a keypad system which beeps every time it is used. the lockers weren't really big enough for large bags.

self-help breakfast is available with bread, croissants, muffins, and cakes. self-help tea and coffee are available 24/7. the on-site café offers affordable prices with great quality items.

the air-conditioned rooms feature two-level bunk beds. each bed has a pin storage cabinet, i see that these cabinets could be larger. design is aesthetic and everything was clean and bright.

the location is excellent and very close to marina bay. it is within walking distance of chinatown and close to three different train stations. several mrt stations are within walking distance.

staff is helpful, kind, and proactive. they are always making sure guests feel comfortable. staff facilitate to store luggages until the guest is ready to go to the airport.

Neat and Central
convenient location efficient connection clean facility
The location proved GREAT. It was close to the MRT station, restaurants, bars, and waterfront attractions. The proximity facilitated quick connections to the airport via the MRT. I found the room and facilities very clean. The hotel gave quality towels and bedding and also included good hot showers.

Room lockers were available and WILL FIT a large backpack. These lockers featured an electronic keypad for security. A keypad secured entry to the room. There was a common area on level 5 for reading and relaxation.

Reception staff WERE helpful and efficient. Staff maintained a calm and relaxing vibe. This created an inviting atmosphere. I appreciated their willingness TO assist.

The hotel IS central. It is a short walk from the metro station. I could find many restaurants and shops nearby. The location is great for those who like to rest.

Harmonious and Helpful Haven
kind staff sustainable commitment
The staff was proactive and kind. A calm workspace allowed me to use my laptop productively each day. Free towels and paraben-free shower gel show a real commitment to sustainability (I loved that). The on-site café offered affordable prices and great quality.
I experienced small sound every couple of seconds, apparently produced by smoke alarm or detection device, located in the pod.

The bathrooms were clean. there were natural, paraben-free shower gel and shampoo. A washing machine and dryer were available on the 5th floor for convenient use during longer stays.

The reception staff was helpful and efficient, addressing inquiries promptly. Guests could leave luggage at reception before and after check-in (very handy). The staff maintains a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
good bed easy access well kept strange smell stuffy room second level
The hotel is well kept. The location provides easy access to the MRT. The washroom and towels were good. The breakfast was also good.
I got a capsule on the second level. Climbing up there was not fun. I kept wondering whether I would fall. The room was stuffy and had a strange smell.
